I was walking around Old Navy the other day, not really looking for anything in particular; just walking around because I had nothing else to do.

There are always people fixing stuff around the front area of the store, folding clothes, or rearranging the trinkets and other cheap stuff that they leave in the front of the store so you can just add them to your cart on the way to the cash register (smart strategy). Those people are usually very nice and greet you on your way in. There was an older woman that smiled and greeted me on the way in.
